Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 September 2026
1. Who we are
This service is operated by CuanPunya, an independent SEO content service based in Jakarta, Indonesia (“CuanPunya”, “we”, “us”). By registering an enquiry, accepting a proposal, or paying an invoice, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to the website at cuanpunya.com, the client dashboard, and the content service described below.
2. The service
CuanPunya operates an automated content pipeline: keyword research from search-demand data, article drafting, an automated quality gate, hero-image generation, scheduled ("drip") publishing to a blog path on the Client’s own website, and daily performance monitoring with automatic pausing on a significant traffic anomaly.
The service is provided for business use. The Client must own or be authorised to publish to the website in question and must grant the access the pipeline needs (for example, a publishing method and read access to Google Search Console).
3. Plans, fees, and billing
Plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Fees are billed monthly, in advance, in Indonesian Rupiah, through the payment provider Midtrans. The stated price is the price — CuanPunya does not add PPN or issue a Faktur Pajak, and each party handles its own tax obligations.
Each billing period renews automatically unless cancelled. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from the Client’s next billing date.
If an invoice is not paid by its due date plus the stated grace period, publishing is paused automatically and resumes once payment is received. Prolonged non-payment may end the engagement.
4. Client responsibilities
Provide accurate business information and a reliable source of truth for product facts, prices, and claims. We check drafts against what you give us; we cannot verify what we are not told.
Review published output at a reasonable cadence and raise corrections promptly.
Ensure the topics and claims you approve are lawful and not misleading. Regulated or "your money or your life" niches (health, finance, legal) are only accepted by specific written agreement.
5. Content ownership
On payment, the Client owns the article text and images published to their site and may keep, edit, or remove them freely.
CuanPunya retains all rights in its pipeline, tooling, prompts, templates, and internal processes. Nothing in these Terms transfers those.
We may reference the engagement and anonymised, aggregate results as a case study. We will not identify the Client by name without consent, and will remove a reference on request.
6. Acceptable use
We work white-hat only. We do not build private blog networks, buy or exchange links, place hidden or cloaked content, generate fake reviews, or use any tactic that violates search-engine spam policies.
We may decline, pause, or stop work — including a topic, a claim, or an entire engagement — where we believe it creates a policy or legal risk to the Client’s site or to us.
7. Results and service levels
Search rankings, traffic, and indexing are determined by third-party search engines and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific position, traffic figure, or timeline.
Article counts stated on any plan are capacity ranges, not guaranteed quotas. We publish what passes the quality gate at a safe pace. If we deliver materially less than a plan’s stated capacity through our own capacity — not through Client delay, a Client-requested pause, or an automatic anomaly pause — the shortfall is credited pro-rata to the next invoice, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
Either party may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid month. There is no partial-month refund.
We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, for a breach of these Terms, or where continuing would breach law or search-engine policy.
On termination we provide a reasonable export of published content and the Client’s dashboard data.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the service.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuanPunya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profit, revenue, or search rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Client paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnity
The Client indemnifies CuanPunya against claims arising from content, facts, prices, or claims the Client supplied or approved, and from the Client’s use of the published output.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for active Clients, sent by email. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith; failing that, the dispute is submitted to the competent courts in Jakarta.
